Evaluation

 1.                    We have a sound system for the evaluation of progress made by the boys in studies. The internal examinations, i.e. mid term tests, terminal and annual detention exams provide us a clear picture of what the students gain or fail to benefit from our system of education. A detailed report regarding the academic progress and general conduct of the boy is sent to the parents.

2.                    A boy who fails in any one subject in the annual exams is promoted to the next class keeping in view his previous performance. However he is served a warning at the same time to make up the deficiencies.      OR

3.                    A boy who fails in any one subject in the annual exams, he will not be promoted to the next class, however, he may either repeat the same class or withdraw from the School.

4.                    A boy who fails in any two subjects in the annual exams is detained and allowed to repeat the same class provided that he is young enough to sit in that class, yet this too is subject to Principal’s approval/permission.  OR

5.                    If a boy fails in two subjects in the annual promotion exam, he will be expelled with immediate effect.

6.                    If a boy fails in more than two subjects in the annual exams, he is bound to leave or will be expelled from the School.

7.                    Cheating case will be expelled immediately.

8.                    If there is a discipline case, the student will not be promoted to next class.

9.                    The detention examination for the 10^th, 11^th and 12^th classes is held in December simultaneously with the annual exams for the rest of the classes and permission to take the Board Exam is granted only on the basis of the performance in the detention exam. Their examination forms will not be forwarded to the Board unless they achieve the desirable target set by the School.

10.                 Board exams for S.S.C. and F.Sc. classes are held in accordance with the BISE, Abbottabad. The School is a center for these exams for its own students.

11.                 The daily preps are all supervised to ensure their effectiveness. The academic performance is assessed through homework, class work, preps and tests given regularly.
